Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, which are not eligible for return or exchange.
You can always contact us for any question at support@kyrpreserved.ca.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you do receive an item that has leaked or is damaged/broken from the shipping process, let us to make it right.
We require a photo of the damaged items and email us support@kyrpreserved.ca within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damage issues, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
