I have damaged items in my order, what do I do?


KYR Preserved Corp. prides itself in packaging your orders with great care. However, sometimes damage occurs and we need to be notified promptly in order to serve you better.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you do receive an item that has leaked or is damaged/broken from the shipping process, let us to make it right. Most of the case, we will replace the damaged/defective items at no additional charge.

We require a photo of the damaged items and email us support@kyrpreserved.ca within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
