I didn't receive item because entered wrong address, what should I do?

We are so sorry to hear that you had this order sent to an incorrect address. We are sure you realized the error when you got the shipment notice.
Unfortunately, that notice is only generated after an item has already shipped to the address on the order. Changes or corrections can’t be made to the address, or the letter or package, once it has been mailed.
KYR Preserved Corp. is not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrectly entered address.
Please, recheck your address before checkout.

If we received the return package, we can re-send to you with additional shipping cost + return charges depending on the type of mail. But we cannot refund.
