How do I make a return/exchange?

 

 

Due to the handcrafted food, we do not accept returns on items unless they are received damaged or incorrect items received.

If your item is defective or damaged or in error, please contact us at support@kyrpreserved.ca within 2 days of receiving your package and we will process your replacement immediately and with no shipping charge. We do not offer refunds.

Please do not ship the item back before calling and receiving an RMA# and further instructions on what to do.
