Crispy Kale Chips 🥬
They were addicting and no one could eat just one.
Kale chips are one of those things that people either love or hate. But we take a chance on who hate them. You might change your mind because we use our addictive hot sauces!!! 😉
1/2 bunch Kale
1/4 cup Pine nuts(raw)
1/4 cup Pistachios(raw)
1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp ‘Jalapeño with Lime & Mint’ sauce
or 1 Tbsp ‘Habanero & Pineapple’ sauce
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1. Prepare kale by pulling leaves from rib/stems and tearing into pieces. Wash and pat dry.
2. Place pine nuts in food processor along with pistachios, ‘Jalapeño with Lime & Mint’ or ‘Habanero & Pineapple’ sauce, nutritional yeast, salt and olive oil. Process until almost smooth. There will still be small bits of nuts visible.
3. In a large bowl, gently pine nut mixture into kale pieces until evenly distributed.
4. Bake at 190F for 20~25 minutes or until kale and coating are crisp.
